Refund and Returns Policy

At SÉNRE Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we have specific return guidelines to ensure product safety, hygiene, and authenticity.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Because perfumes and fragrance products are personal-use items, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item was delivered damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product is defective upon arrival

To qualify for a return:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product seal must remain intact
• Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used fragrances
• Products with broken seals
• Items damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items unless defective

Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange for:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund, depending on availability


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Paystack.

Please allow:

• 3 to 7 business days for processing
• Additional time depending on your bank

We do not issue cash refunds.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrectly delivered. We do not offer exchanges based on personal scent preference.

Fragrance selection is subjective, and we encourage customers to review scent notes carefully before purchasing.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

If the return is not due to our error, shipping fees may not be refundable.
